A two bedroom apartment, in an upcoming neighbourhood in Thane, the apartment is home to a nuclear family of four. A new furntiure layout was proposed based on the user requirements. The project proposal involved bringing home the landscape views of the central park, making it a cozy tropical living experience whilst on a budget.

Designed for a modern family navigating work-from-home and togetherness, this 4BHK integrates subtle spatial interventions to enhance flexibility and flow. From an intuitive home office corner to zones for rest, play, and productivity — every inch was reworked for evolving routines and timeless comfort.

The eclectic built form draws inspiration from Goan, Mediterranean and Bali architecture.…the landscapes intend to bind the spaces through subtle incorporation of ‘zen’ elements of the Japanese gardens and the ‘lusciousness’ of the tropics.
